There are a number of action bar replacements, but Dominos (originally Bongos) has always been a favorite of mine. It’s easy to use, lightweight, all bars are movable/scalable or can be hidden (including the bag bar, the experience bar, etc.), and button keybinding is as easy as snapping your fingers. Check it out if you need some flexibility; especially if you’re using the default Blizzard bars.
